Dg synchronization

we have 3 nos, 380KVA Cummins DG set,the synchronization is not getting in auto mode but manaully it is going ok

please sugext me what to do

Information furnished by you is not adequate.

Please inform us the controller details such as make,whether wired to the governor for speed bias and wired to AVR for votage bias etc.

it is wired through AVR

check the AMF panel control wiring i.e, DG start run mode signal

It's not clear what you mean by 'not getting synchronised in auto mode'. What do you have for "auto' mode - a check sync relay or something? If so, have you checked the signaling contact simultaneously at the 12 O'clock position on the synchroscope? Pl furnish some details so we can have a meaningful discussion.
