This is an international discussion. Might help if people knew where you are.

No. Not with that information. You will, at least, have to provide some details of the case. And why you think you will prevail.

If what you have posted here represents the depth of your case, you're doomed.

Rightly so, I might add.

"Pro bono" is not the term of interest here. "Contingency fee" might be better.

Guest

You seem desperate.

May I suggest a possible way.

1. Register as a member.

2. complete your profile - give some detail about yourselves. (county , , ,)

3. Send Steve S, Lynlynch, Tornado , myself , any one that may show some interest , Del the Cat, JohnDG and selected Gurus a PM (Private Mail) and describe your problem or case in slightly more detail.

This might just help to put you on the right track.

This sounds like a patent infringement claim. If so, I'm gonna explain the facts of life to you.

Let's say you have a patent for a really nice flow straightener for a fuel gas burner. Let's say the large international corporation, XYZ, later came out with a flow straightener that looks to you like they stole your design.

XYZ employs at least a dozen attorneys whose sole purpose in life is to delay, complicate, and delay any such claim. Did I mention that they will try to delay the suit? Oh, and they'll ask for postponements as well. You will need a time frame somewhere between years and decades to pursue this.

In the event this comes to court, you will need to prove that your patent really was valid. Do you have the records?

If they changed just one or two things about their version, are your claims sufficient to cover that? Did you use a real patent attorney or one of these "invention" services?

Patents do not cross international boundaries intact. Do you have a patent in the country where XYZ is located?

Finally, does XYZ have any assets in the jurisdiction where you would file suit? This is known as the "Deep Pockets" question. No law firm will ever put up the several million dollars needed unless there's something to pay them back.

I don't mean to sound negative, but you don't want to spend half your life and all your savings fighting a battle you can't win.
