This is what I got using a translator:

1. Primitive Genertrice 88.01

2. angle utenslili 5°23′

3. Total oscillation 52.3°

4. Oscillation above center 33.9°

5. Oscillation under center 18.4°

6. Thickness expected 0.5

It seems to not recognize the words "Genertrice" and "utenslili." Are you sure that those are the exact spellings?

This translator works good: http://www.freetranslation.com/

Possible other ideas:

Gente = Race----Maybe bearing race?

utensile = tool----Maybe reference to the gear?

My last guess

Primitive Genertrice = original thickness

angle utenslili = tool angle

I wonder if the original has some misspellings. Genertrice→generatrice→generatrix (referring to a construction line or curve that generates the tooth form)? Utenslili→utensilli?

I don't have a gear book in front of me, but if I locate one I can try to find some terms that fit....
