Why can't you pay for it like everyone else?

If it is a published work, as advised in #1 above, then a bootleg on-line copy would be a breach of the authors' copyright in most jurisdictions.

Therefore the availability of an on-line copy is extremely unlikely.

This book just came out recently and it is an excellent reference.

It is suited only for an experienced pipe stress engineer and contains many useful examples and cases from a life experience

LCPeng has put much of his life's work into this text.....He deserves his just rewards based on what the marketplace will pay for this text

I think that you are NOT a student 'coz of the complex nature of this book.

I think that you should pay for it 'coz thats the only fair thing to do....
