NO! "Off Topic Replies" seem to fall into two categories:

1. Sarcastic replies to a subject that the author [of the reply] has no understanding of

2: Separate and non related topics that may have been triggered by the original post or replies to the post.

In the first case , don't waste our time!

In the second case, take the time to develop and post your idea as a new thread.

Thought we had an off topic thread, and Bath Breaking, along with the option for allowing off topic as a mark we could do on our own, or allow.

I continue to lobby for Political Science marking or as a section, and Veteran Guru.
