What are the instruments needed to calibrate a Buck Leys Holiday detector with a pulsating DC output?

I'd use a calender. Christmas time gives a particularly strong signal.

Wouldn't pulsating DC actually be AC?

Volt meter, current meter

Buck leys is trying to sell you certification paper work. you should keep some samples around & test them from time to time, so it's easier to identify a degradation of performance

I know one company - Pipeline Inspection Company Ltd, Houston, Texas, U.S.A. who manufactures an instrument namely "Jeepmeter" . This instrument is DC and Pulse. Select this instrument according to the capacity of your Holiday Detector and do the job at your place or ask them to do for you. They also do the calibration and certification at their premises. A.
