Spectacle lance? Do you mean spectacle lens, as in eyeglasses?

If the lens is glass, try acetone. If plastic, try isopropyl alcohol. In both cases only use a pure cotton cloth to wipe the surface and be sure to rinse off any dust or previous solvents first.

Did you mean Cyanoacrylate (Instant) Adhesives popularly known as quick fix instant adhesives?

Google gives you plenty of leads for removal of the cured adhesives.

As suggested by Usbport ensure the material of the lens, whether glass or acrylic, before trying any stain remover solvent.

Best and easiest is warm (70...90°C) water with a little dish-cleaner or soap added.

This may take an hour or so to get into small gaps.

We use this routinely in precision mounting/demounting parts to be turned with excellent roundness. NO clamping forces will not introduce elastic or plastic deformations.

If the surface to be cleaned is glass or metal a product called GooGone works well. Quite amazing I think it uses citrus oil with some other solvents. If it is Cyanoacrylate soak in warm water and detergent it will usually come off. I have used both systems with good success.

Take it to the optician, they have the requisite grinding - polishing machine. Take a quote for new lens that might be cheaper than rectification.

Try liquid phenol with or without formic acid. You can get the same from chemical laboratories of institutes. Beware about handling phenol without contact. use brush.

Another simple option could be trying the use of salicylic acid based skin ointments, soak it for 30to 60 minutes, rinse and check.

Hydrogen Peroxide acidified with Formic or Acetic acid again is a good solvent for hardened resins.
