Possible fuel problem? Check filters, pumps, air leaks into pump suction piping? Does the rpm drop during high load conditions?

Reverse power is not a alarm. The units are programmed to TRIP under reverse power conditions.

The unit 1 is not maintaining its speed. The speed drops and it is motoring therefore the Reverse power relay is picking up.

Please check the following

1) Fuel supply erratic

2)Governor not responding

3) Speed Controller not responding.

Please run the unit independently and observe the operation to identify the faults.

Dear sir

Please do not try to change any settings on the Governor.

Please let us know the behavior of the set when you run the set singly (independently).

When you try this method you should deactivate the controller and observe the speed variation.

If the speed variation is observed when you run independently then the problem will be with the governor or fuel system.

If there is no speed variation on single running then activate the controller and observe speed variation if speed variation found then there may be problem with controller .

Is it new installation? If the systems are in operation for quite some time how long these systems were working with out problem.

It looks to me that there is no problem or speed variation in the sets when the sets are running independently (not in parallel).

If the above statement is correct then there may be some problems like settings fine tuning with the controllers provided for parallel operation and load sharing.

Can you inform the make and type of controller.

It would be better to get service technician of controller and the get the controllers fine tuned properly for your application.
