What is the height between the low tapping and the high pressure side of the instrument? This should be the LRV.

What is the height between the upper tapping and the low pressure side? This should be the URV.

Set the low level trip point higher than the fusible plug level!

what about the boiler static pressure, steam pressure available in the inside empty area of drum, whether it would be a negleted or should be considered???

i think it should be take in to account.

Post 3 was a perfect answer, just as I referred to in post 4.
