Admission is strictly controlled by permission on writtten application prior to 15 days of visit. Admission fee of US$ 50 per head is charged.

An incompletely dominant allele at coat color locus not mentioned previously, merle, produces the merle pattern seen in Collies, Shetland Sheepdogs, Welsh Corgis, Dachshunds, and other breeds. The characteristic dappling of the coat and absence of the tapetum of the eye, with or without heterochromia of the irises is caused by the Merle allele in single dose. In double dose, the merle allele causes severe depigmentation of the skin and hair, blue eyes, often accompanied by severe ocular defects and deafness.
