Steam Turbine Calculation

I want to replace 250 kW motor (2950 rpm) with a condensing steam turbine. Please guide me how to calculate for required steam turbine.

ckj,

Condensing steam turbines require 1)a condenser, 2)a lube oil sytem 3) considerable maintenance

Small non-condensing steam turbines are a good fit where there is 1) free steam 2) a need for a steam pressure drop 3) a need for a variable speed driver in the range of ~500 to 3000 kW.

You do not seem to have this situation...

Do you have steam available? Please detail the boiler operating pressure and steam temperature.
