Congratulations on your patent! And sorry about your disability.

Is your investor someone you can trust? You may want to look into partnering up with them, and allowing them to put a team together, with you receiving a share of any profits.

It looks like your invention has merit. By advertising for help on web sites, I think you are begging for someone to rip you off. Lots of scammers out there, some of them very smart.

Maybe try specifically contacting the people that would have a vested interest in your idea. Railroad companies, railroad maintenance companies, etc. Good luck!

as long as your investor doesn't require you to put up an initial fee to them.....cynically said....cuz I get the feeling your ripe for picking what ever fruit you have left.

I agree with what everyone is saying and probably thinking. My suggestion is Google for a Technical Venture Group or Angle investor groups in your area. Business incubators are potentially beneficial as well. If it's a structured and well backed organization they could be quite helpful in getting you the help you need or to the right people. They also usually list and email networking meetings and upcoming seminars and needed workshops. Be PICKY with whom you are looking to gain financial help. First and foremost, find an attorney willing to help you. You will find one particularly if he finds your patent or other ideas having marketability. Don't be afraid to ask for references either. I noticed a long list of attorneys listed on your patent, could they give you some referrals to business attorney's? Are any of them potentially useful? (ok that sounded bad but...) Just a couple ideas.
