You need to provide more information. Has the pump been running continuously for a year, or intermittently? How did you repair it? How long does it run before tripping? Have you checked for bearing wear and possible vibration? If you are repairing it by reassembling the damaged parts, perhaps it needs new parts or thread-locking adhesive. Has anything else changed in the system, such as dirt in the liquid being pumped, liquid temperature, flow rate, cavitation (noise and/or vibration)? Has the maintenance personnel changed? Is the piping supported independently, or only fastened to the pump? and so forth . . .

Awaiting your reply.

What did they invoice you the 15 times you had it repaired?

Check the electrical side.

Monitor the power supply.

can someone tap of water on the line?

Do you have a maintenance schedule?

You have to give some details of the pump and its process parameters and about physical running condition etc. It seems as if you are talking about a very small pump.

of course. its a small capacity pump. it is located at the inlet of the pressure sand filter in our RO system.now the plant maintenance people only doing the maintenance. but, its frequently happening at the interval of one month(approx). thats-why now i'm searching for a permanent solution.
