TIP147 for B1091 and TIP142 for D1572 should work fine as for the darlingtons. You could add 5k resistors from B to E for full compatibility. 2 discret 5A+ fast recovery 200V+ diodes can do the job if you can't find equivalent diode pack and have the space. 2 diode markings should be on S5KD20 to quide you on connection.

Hello, In the first scan is the pinout on the diodes look for 273C. In the PDF link below the first PDF gets the spec page the S5KD20 INFO near the bottom of the page.

From datasheet Archive for S5KD20 scroll down page to find PDF links.

Hope this helps.

There are a few places to buy the part but I think they want to sell in volume.

Here a Google translate page.

Try here at Newark for 2SB1091

Try here for 2SD1572

Also here is the datasheet and cross reference at the bottom of page for 2SD1572

Newark may have one of the cross reference parts.

Here a data sheet from ONSemiconductor for MUR1620CT cross for S5KD20

Try here at Newark for MUR1620CT

Hope this helps you.

Charles

Small correction MUR1620CT won't fit because it's two diodes with common cathode, S5KD20 config is two diodes in series with tab in the middle. Something like half bridge.
