Hello everyone need to find a software where I can build a pump-piping system and or fan-duct system and then perform simulations on different flows and pressures to see the response of the pumps or fans, does anyone know of this software?

The operating point is always where the fluid mover's performance curve and ths system performance curve intersect on the pressure-flow diagram.
The fluid mover's performance curve is published by the equipment manufcaturer.
Google network analysis software to provide a framework for calculating the system performance curve. Though is can be done manually, the calculations are iterative, time-consuming and tiresome.

For a excellent, free, and downloadable software package that analyzes pumps of all types and sizes and piping networks, please check out the following:

Good luck!

CFD is way too complex, time-consuming and expensive. If you haven`t thought of it yourself then surely it isn't what you're looking for. Pump makers do supply some software for such simulations, but that I'm aware of it only applies to their products.
Perhaps you could look into TRNSYS, a simulation environment that uses blocks, much like Matlab's simulink, that you could use to perform the simulations you want. There's a trial version available (fully functional apart from limitations on the problem size).
