Does "soyabeam" = "soybean"? Does "rugget" = "nugget"?

Well, the Local Authority will only give outline planning consent for the plant if it falls within an area that has been previously designated as being for industrial use. Transport infrastructure has to be considered for the shipping in of raw materials and packaging and the shipping out of finished goods. Access to communities and transport infrastructure has to be considered for the supply of a workforce. Then, there's utilities distribution networks including water supply and appropriate wastewater disposal to consider....

Aw, crap. Buy a book on the subject!
