What is the comsumption of electrod, gas & oxygen to fabricate medium structure.

You need Means Estimating, books or on-line

It depends upon what the medium is that the medium structure is made out of. If wood, plastic, or glass are the medium then the consumption of electrode, gas and oxygen are zero.

Send me the drawings and I'll estimate it for you with an explanation of how I came up with the numbers. Some steel fabricators estimate by the weight of the structure. I prefer a more accurate method.

You need the length, size, welding method and position of each weld. The weld procedure for each weld listing the amps, wire feed speed, electrode size, type, and so on. Lincoln Electric , American Welding Society and EWI have the documents that you need to estimate. I don't know of any easy methods to answer your question. TWI Software has a great package. twisoftware.com
