Yes... for what purpose? If you are looking for free energy, you should keep on looking. It will take more energy input to "break" the water than any kind of hydrogen/oxygen energy output.

I suggest looking into the Laws of Thermodynamics to gain a better understanding.

Nope, This one won't ever fly, it's been tried, and proven to be a complete waste of time (as far as trying to get any energy gains). It does have some applications (hydrogen extraction), but energy production is not one of them, as it simply takes more energy to break the bonds than the gasses contain.

No, The world is not flat, The earth is not the center of the universe, and there is no "Free & Unlimited" magic power source.

People have done many studies on the effect of blasting water with a frequency that closely resembles the natural frequency of water. One of the main problems is that when you excite the water the temperature changes, which in turn greatly changes the natural frequency. It's a tough cat and mouse game, and the cat is about to starve to death.

Would you expect this sonic process to provide or consume unlimited cheap, clean power?

The patent for a device to consume unlimited cheap, clean power is held by LynDoor™ Industries. Google search WattSucker GL-6 to learn more.

Oops. Please excuse my mistyped information.

Blackle search for WattSucker G-6. Our information is purposely transparent to Google. Once again, forgive me.

And I ask you again, would you expect this sonic process to provide or consume unlimited cheap, clean power?

This has been covered before on CR4 here (short answer it doesn't produce as much or more power than is required for the radio waves and never will).

http://cr4.globalspec.com/thread/9309/Salt-Water-as-Fuel

Sound has been investigated however as a chemical-free form of water purification.

I doubt that anyone is pursuing this; they would be too foolish.

Actually... This guy is doing just that...

Foolish or not, someone has been, and is persuing it...

And he is not the only one.

I think that guy is using radio waves, not sound waves. Maybe with better results, but not enough to be a net energy producer, I bet.

Q.How does anything get accomplished if everyone says it's impossible

A. The discount the naysayers and achieve the goal anyway. To wit: Wilbur and Orville.

Powered flight does not violate the laws of thermodynamics.

An overunity power scheme does.

"Q.How does anything get accomplished if everyone says it's impossible"

There are a few things in the fields of science that are for sure, undeniable, and absolute.

People have tried every which way to defeat the Laws of Thermodynamics since the dawn of man, and not one of them has succeeded. There is a simple reason for this, which is perfectly explained in many textbooks focusing on Physics/Chemistry/Engineering. If someone does create a method which indeed does violate these Simple laws, they will have found the #1 largest impact to the human species since Man controlled fire.

I think the world needs people who are willing to spend untold amounts of time and money trying to violate the basic laws of our natural planet. Some of those people might stumble across something else on accident that may have an actual application, but unfortunately, All the rest will have simply wasted their time and money. Don't get me wrong, We absolutely need tinkerers, inventors, and backyard Engineers who attempt to violate the basic rules of science, but they should not be supprised that they might get a response from Actual, Professional, Experienced Engineers/Scientists, which is not what they wanted to hear.

You cannot for a millisecond believe that you can approach a bunch of Highly educated, experienced, Engineers/Scientists, and expect them to substantiate something that so simply violates the laws that every aspect of science is based upon.

For your own reference, here are the 3 basic fundamental laws of Thermodynamics:

1. The first law of thermodynamics is often called the Law of Conservation of Energy. This law suggests that energy can be transferred from one system to another in many forms. Also, it can not be created or destroyed. Thus, the total amount of energy available in the Universe is constant.

2. The second law States That heat cannot be transferred from a colder to a hotter body. As a result of this fact of thermodynamics, natural processes that involve energy transfer must have one direction, and all natural processes are irreversible. This law also predicts that the entropy of an isolated system always increases with time.

3. The third law of thermodynamics states that if all the thermal motion of molecules (kinetic energy) could be removed, a state called absolute zero would occur. Absolute zero results in a temperature of 0 Kelvins or -273.15° Celsius.

There is one more (newer law) that is called the Zeroth Law, and it states that if system A and system B are in thermal equilibrium with system C, then system A is in thermal equilibrium with system B.

You had a GA for this earlier... some as$hole over-unity dorks probably voted you OT. The common-sense and scientific soundness of your post was obviously lost on them. No surprise, really. Must be part of the antiscience. Sigh...

Anyway, GA again!

These people have no idea how they are doing damage to them selves and have no shame it proclaiming their ignorance.

And I suppose your going to do it?

I absolutely hope someone does find a way do completely destroy all science that the human race has achieved throughout the years.

I almost find it comical how many over unity devices people truly believe in. If these people had a basic understanding of science at the most basic level, they would be able to see just how funny it is as well.

It does not take much effort to completely disprove any of these devices, but even with absolute proven FACT against their claims, some people still believe. I suppose it's good to believe in something, if it keeps you entertained, and productive, then it is not a waste of time, especially if you are able to learn things, just don't get too upset when it never works.
