W = ρlwt, where ρ = density, and lwt are length, width, and thickness, respectively. The rest is left as an exercise for the student.

Does your cuntry have a No Child Left Behind law, too?

Weight = volume x density.

Density of Mild steel is 490 pounds per cubic feet (7.85 grams / cubic centimeter).

Wt. = Density x Vol ... you know it too.

(0.15X0.25X0.08) x 7850 Kgs

(0.003 x 7850 ) Kgs

23.55 Kgs

Weight = Volume x density

volume = 0.15 x 0.25 x 0.008 = 0.0003 m³

Density = 7850 kg/m³

Volume = 0.0003 x 7850 = 2.355 kg.

Dear Mr.anujvinod

Very Simple.

!st Method: VOLUME in CUBIC INCHES x 0.28 Pounds. Pounds devided by 2.204 will give the weight in Kgs. To convert MM to Inch, devide by 25.4.

2nd Method: Convert MM to Metre and find the Volume and multiply by 7.2 which will give weight in Tonne.
