I want to know how the neutral is shifted due to the unbalance and what is it's effect?

This might help...

bearing currents and leakage currents to ground."

It alters the shape of the "phasor diagram" according to whichever element is "in control"; but then all the lengths and angles are still correct.

Do you or can you understand vector algebra? If yes, then I will answer your question.

Some time I wonder

2 is easier to type ot 'to'

especially since after 'want, ' to' already has the 't' common.

The neutral is there to carry the imbalance current. Its voltage will differ from the earth voltage by the current multiplied by its resistance - assuming an IT earthing system is not present.
