solar power

If the sun runs the electric motor from solar panel, and the motor runs the generator, then the electricity is now from the sun. Will there be a charge for sun energy?

No, but there will be the costs of the various equipment involved.

Using solar power to run an electrical generator causes people to ask foolish questions.

I wouldn't think "Are you an idiot?" as being a foolish question.

The energy produced by the generator that is powered by energy produced by the solar panels would be about 50% of the energy produced initially by the solar panels.

You've been out in the sun too long.

What type of charge you are looking for?

For placing the panels, yes you have bear the charges of rent for the space.
