hai engineers, i have used 7.5kw motor, for that i have connected a 4core 2.5sqmm cable in delta connection.... is this way is right or wrong....?

British Standard 7671 gives the correct protocol for sizing on the basis of the installation method and parameters.

We would need to know the current draw of the motor (or the voltage so we could calculate the current.)

You have not indicated whether copper or Aluminium cable.

If it is Aluminium cable,it would preferable to use minimum size of 6/10 sq.mm

I do not understand ,what is meant by DELTA.Is it Star delta starter ?please explain.
