Dear sirs,

I know that the only people that can effectively answer this type of question are those who are currently in the business of manufacturing these components. I am planning on going into business to compete with you, but I do not know what I am doing. Please tell me exactly what to to so that I can do it cheaper than you, because I do not need to invest in those pesky expensive qualified engineers.

Use earlier designs that the facility has developed for other voltages, and scale-up or -down from those.

Just buy one, it will be cheaper than anything you can build yourself with the added advantage of not burning the building down or electrocuting anyone.

This is not a math answer or a simple 'go to this website to find out', up to 10kVA (with no input / output voltages, tap configuration, etc given) is a broad engineering design question that requires years of experience and training in a number of electrical fields to perform correctly and safely.

Do not try this at home, buy a transformer or enroll in an electrical course.
