Rubber Strip

I SAW A PIECE OF RUBBER STRIP SOME WHERE AND I NEED TO FIND IT AGAIN.

I MAKE LITTLE CARTS THAT PULL LIKE A TRAIN AND I NEED THIS TO PUT AROUND THE CUT OUT EDGE OF THE THE BARREL

I think what you are looking for is often called "edge trim" or "edge molding"; You might try a Web search with those terms.
