if this is the best you can muster for information, it indicates that you probably should not be attempting this task. There is a LOT more to it that what it appears you think it is and this is not the place to learn it.

My suggestion is to read the operator's manual.

It will have things like the manufacturer's identity, and maybe some good instructions.

With no useful information, like brand, model # etc. etc. there's not much to do here.

You might engage a professional to help you.

Check the drive manufacturer's website as they may have a product designed for this purpose.

Alternatively you could try an RTD to analog (0/4-20mA) converter. That may do the trick, but you may need some sort of analog scaling converter to get the right temperature control or speed settings. Hopefully the suitable converter you find will be adjustable enough.

Connection is one thing; actually obtaining control is another. Is there a PID controller within the drive, for starters? It will be in the manual that came with it.

If in doubt, consult a Controls Engineer.

just use A/D converter and a set-point (BCD or something which suits you ) make comparator circuit (single/multi set-points ) obtain the outputs from it and create your logic circuit and command the speed inputs of vfd by your logic .that,s all

The original poster may need to do some loop tuning as well...

Proportional, integral and derivative. Agreed - it's an iterative process.

It is only a full product development cycle, that's all. Perfectly suitable to the engineering department of the product's developer. Recommended interconnects are detailed in the manual. Outside that, you are on your own. Or hire capable adviser.

By the way, your desire is to control some processes. RTD or some such is not and cannot be a required specification.
