Real men use daily targets.

S-curves are for sissies.

The most wonderful thing about target dates is the amazing whooshing sound they make as they go past.

In reference to the first part of your posting:

In construction for electrical is it feasible to plan daily target for all the activity? After many years of experience and even more projects and processes I have found that "It is difficult to remember your goal is to drain the swamp when you are up to your a_s in alligators". Daily targets only create more alligators nipping at your butt. Axiom: "Keep you butt out of trouble"!

or need to generate s-curve? any advise. The shortest distance between two points is a straight line. Any deviation from that is wasting even more time and resources.

Spend the time necessary to generate all this "paperwork/files" into productive "Git 'er done" time. Axiom: The speedometer is important, but what is most important is the odometer!

Good Luck, Old Salt
