Many of you may not be old enough to remember W.C. Fields. I was looking for quotes to use recently and I ran across this one:
"I am an expert of electricity. My father occupied the chair of applied electricity at the state prison."
I can't remember hearing that one when Mr. Fields was alive. Then again, I never quite understood what he had against Philadelphia. I understand that on his tombstone he has, "Here lies W.C. Fields. I'd rather be in Philadelphia"!
