Eriez Metal Detector Problem

Sir,

In our company we are using Eriez DSP-III metal detector and it shows booting error as follows.

Eriez core <56, 8FH> IOP = B6A25A

AMO = A6710A

IOP Core K = 1C V=B6A25A

IOPFLASH K=1F V=D7C19A

IOPBBO K=17 V=K**1E

IOPBBO1 K=QY V=JGK4W

IOPBBO2 K=Jj V=01/ @

IOPBBO3 K=Q- V=R=.D.

IMCORE K=AC V=A6710A

IMFLASH K=AF V=C7C19A

IMDSPF K=AD V=M7C19A

IMBB1 K=A1 V=F2A15A

IMBB2 K=A2 V=G2A15A

IMBB3 K=A3 V=H2A15A

Please suggest me to solve the problem

Contact the customer service department of the manufacturer.

They can solve your problem.

Well,

At least I gave the OP some advice.

I even considered posting the web site, but if these people are so helpless that they don't even know how to contact the manufacturer, why should I waste my time doing their work for them.

And you? How did you help?

Hi Lyn,

I must be an old softy.

Eriez Magnetics have been a customer of mine (on & off) for 40 years, they are in Caerphilly, only about 8 miles from Cardiff.

I just went into "auto reply" mode, will be more careful next time.

Have a great weekend.

I am hoping to get to grips with my new grandson George, born on the 15th, who'd have thought they would name the new Prince after him.

More power to ya! These people need all the help they can get.

These, "do my job for me" requests come along every day and waste a significant portion of members time looking up web sites and answering stupid questions from helpless sods.
