IMHO if you cant calculate that out based on codes and known math then you should not be asking the question.

There is some dead serious calculators out there that could give you a very good understanding of what you need.
The other option is a lot of thinking and hand calculating after reading every engineering handbook that deals with the matter. Start looking at "Heat transfer"!
Why "calculate"? Why not walk up to the pipe, and measure it?
