It depends on altitude, composition of the briquette, completeness of the burn and an explanation on why your air supply would be limited.

If you assume the briquette is pure carbon and combustion is complete, then (1)C + (1)O2 = (1) CO2. So the ratio of masses is 14:24. To find the volume of air required look up its density in the units you want to use.
