Vacuum Pump Getting Chocked

we are charging powder by vacuum at 0.5kg but somehow powder reached to the oil vacuum pump and get it chocked, we are also using cyclon seperator for the powder seperation, is there any other option(tool/machine) to solve such issue it is getting thurst pain for us to reduce the breakdown.

Is there any particular reason the equipment manufacturer cannot be contacted by telephone?

Assign the detective work to a good plant mechanic who is familiar with the equipment. He will find the problem 10 X faster than a whole room of engineers.

A particulate filter element springs to mind, but that's probably too simple
