Mechanical Design

hey guys help me with on this assignment

through calculations, select a motor and a battery that can be used to drive a load of 300kg at a maximum speed of 80km/h on a frictionless flat road. select a battery that can last 2hrs wen the load is running at maximum speed.(you may make reference to any metric design tables and formulae) show all the necessary working

Then you don't need a motor or battery at all.

Refer to Newton's first law.

Then you only need to get a battery which can supply enough energy (½mv²) to get it up to speed. Decide on the motor and gearbox dependent on the spec of the battery; unless you have any other constraints involving how quickly you need it to get up to speed.

If you show us how you are are doing it the maybe you will get some help and pointers.
I daresay no one is just going to do it for you.

This cannot be done from the information provided. Electric motors require friction to move something on a road. Traction is friction.
