Everything that the manufacturer requires to judge what is needed to manufacture the first run.

Now if we just knew what was to manufactur we could narrow it down a bit. Up to you to provide this information.

Me thinks that if you provide your information in such detail as you did here you will fail to receive a quote.

1.) Identify you scope on what you require.

• Schedule
• Quality

2.) Look at the requirements to achieve these

3.) Communicate with your Contract Manufacture prior to awarding the contract and see if there are any other needs/information that he/she may require.

Quantity breaks will be a very important detail you should include. That and full details, drawings, bills of materials, etc on what you want made.

A tangible communication would be an identifier of some sort. Otherwise one gets put into the category of "drone".
