Declined. Internet search engines can provide all the information requested.

nik khairul amilin, when I asked the group to explain to me with detail from A to Z what is the nuclear submarine, I didn't get any good responses.

But, when I just asked a few questions about specific parts of a submarine, I received some good discussion.

Perhaps if you make your question smaller, you may get some good discussion about new soldering technology. After all, you don't eat an elephant in one big bite, you eat him one bite at a time.

Our poor friend must not have learned much from the above referenced thread.

Agreed.

Ah, youthful exuberance. "I want it all, right now."

Many of us have learned that old age and treachery will always overcome youthful exuberance.

"old age and treachery will always overcome youthful exuberance"

I used that very statement with some of my colleagues and they just laughed and laughed, then the brutal harsh reality set in that I was serious, not pretty!!

Keep your shoulder to the wheel, your ear to the ground, your eye on the ball, and your nose to the grindstone. Now, try working in that position.

Capillary Action is easily demonstrated by grabbing the hot side of the soldering iron and the New Soldering Technology soon follows after a brief period time for healing from the effects of the Capillary Action (as so stated in Darwin's Theory¡)"

Nik,

I suggest you locate and read a copy of "Solders and Soldering" by Howard Manko. This book will answer both your questions.

capillary action:

We all did a small exercise in our biology lab at high school level to understand the capliiary action! OK you got to skin a potato first, OK then get a small tun filled in with water, Add blue or red coloured ink in the water! Now here is the magic, you dip only a very small portion of your skinned potato in the coloured water then watch the magic to happen! whatever happens is due to capillary action. Now keep going !

Some other time for soldering tech because that's at University level
