Here or There?

Outsourcing engineering jobs overseas has become a fact of life. What was once a trickle has turned into a flood. Look around you. How secure is your job? How much of the work that used to occur in your factory has been sent to locations in other parts of the world? Why? What jobs are being outsourced? Which are remaining behind? Is money the only consideration? Can employees in those other countries offer the level of performance that you can achieve? How can you reverse the trend?
