3D Cell Phones

Wired's Gadget Labs tested the Hitachi Woo, a phone with 3D video display. The device is currently available in Japan and 3D phones may be marketed in the U.S. next year. The manufacturers involved use parallax barriers to provide autostereoscopic images, which require no glasses. Would you want one?

Why do we continue to call these devices "cell phones" when they provide everything?

My audio calls are sometimes colorful and multidimensional...from a land line phone!
