EPA: Hey, we're out of red tape, who turn is it to order it? I did it last time. And you better expedite it, progress is getting away from us!

In order to procure red tape one must do as the Vogons do, which means nothing gets done "without orders signed in triplicate, sent in, sent back, queried, lost, found, subjected to public inquiry, lost again, and finally buried in soft peat for three months and recycled as firelighters."

Dont forget about the environmental impact study related to the eventual disposal of said "red tape"

Maybe there chould be a disposal fee or a deposit paid for the recycling of such.

I don't think recycling is necessary.

A government sponsored study just concluded by a consensus of the scientific community that the red dye used in red tape is a health risk. The red tape color is now know as Purple Pizzazz tape.

Purple is the new red, at least for teacher's correction pencils:

(I found this when I went to staples to get a red pencil to mark my choral music and only found purple pencils)

Maybe to be political correct and not to put a stigma on the students confidence that they failed, the color was change.
