What Invention Would You Like to be Remembered For?

If I could invent anything, it would be a drug or therapy that repairs damaged nerve cells in the brain and body. This would give people suffering with Alzheimer's, Lou Gehrig's Disease, or dozens of other types of neuro-muscular diseases a chance to re-connect with their families and enjoy life again in ways they cannot due to their illnesses.

Wow, that makes my desire to create a golf ball which would go twenty yards farther look pretty tame!

I did invent an automatic toilet flusher using reflective infrared sensing back in 1982. That got me the reputation of "that flusher guy" for quite some time.

I would like to reinvent the electric power device that Tesla supposedly invented to get energy from the outer atmosphere. Everyone could then have "free" (or nearly free) electrical power.

Where are my hover boots? The science programmes have been saying they'll be available 'soon' for years now & I still don't have any, I'm tired of all this walking manually.

A one man submarine similar to "deep flight" but has to be sit down as I hate lying down and looking up. I've been working on a design for years just can't crack the weight to bouncy ratio.

The problem with this type is that you still need to be careful with your depths, because if you go too deep or rise to quick it could cause problems. You would also need basic scuba training with this type. It would need to be a sealed cockpit, so it can be pressurised to 1 ATM so there is no chance of the bends.

I would like to invent a "dark switch". Throw the switch and the light is absorbed in the room. May be able add a "dimmer"? (Brightener)? function.
