An automotive reviewer recounts an incident in which he was driving an active cruise control-equipped car, which can automatically stop if traffic ahead comes to a halt. But in one case, an aggressive driver suddenly pulled onto the road ahead of him...and his car kept on going. If he hadn't stepped on the brake, and had hit that car, who would have been "at fault?" The vehicle maker? The technology provider? One of the drivers? Should active safety features like this not be introduced before they're "perfected?" What's your opinion?
