I wonder how the system could handle abrupt changes in weather, like the sudden heavy rainstorms common in the Southeastern US. (My DirecTV signal gets knocked out pretty easily and frequently during the Summer rainy season.) Or, what happens when there are voids or echoes or heavy electromagnetic noise disrupting the GPS signal? And what about those who will deliberately attempt to hack the system; are there precautions in the system to prevent this?
