To be more exact it is a chainsaw chain sharpener from Harbor Freight. They work pretty good but the grinding wheels wear out a little bit faster then I would like them to

I've seen all these Chicago Electric tools at "Harbor Freight". But I have yet to see Chicago on a map of southeast Asia.
