If only the "wana be gangstas" knew that the inmates who sagged in prison were sending the message that they were ready for love and allowed favors for money. All these "gangsters" would be pulling up their pants.

I liked this caption the best, but I'm not sure if "hip" is the word these gentlemen would use. Actually, I have no clue what word they would use. I'm of the "hip", "happenin' ", and "groovey" generation. I don't try very hard to stay "with it". "Cool" seems to be multi-generational, so that word might be appropriate in this situation.
