If you find the pole a problem, just work your way around it, and we will sort it out later.

General Contractor: ''Well, we tried to negotiate a reasonably priced ''extra'' to relocate the pole, but the Client kept insisting that it was (obviously implied to be) included in the scope-of-work, so we should move it for free... Ha, Ha, Ha...''

"Don't dig there

Dig it elsewhere

You're making it round

and it ought to be square.

The shape's all wrong

It's much too long

And you can't put a pole

Where a pole don't belong."

News Flash!!!

The local town planning have admitted they got it wrong, the camera never lies!

So until further notice please treat the pole as a roundabout! Until such time as the town planning move it or it is demolished by a driver, whichever comes first!
