PoE Controller IC Delivers Power Plus Sequencing and Protection

Power over Ethernet (PoE) seems like a great and obvious idea, but it has some complications. One integrated circuit (IC), the LTC4279, aims to help manage those complications. The LTC4279 is an efficient power-supply IC that meets complex protocol and protection requirements.
