It's said that the man who invented the cats eyes in the middle of the road did so after seeing how well a cats eyes reflected the light from his headlights, It's also said if the cat had been running away he'd have invented the pencil sharpener!

For those who could care less about data mining, artificial intelligence, global communication, business applications, science, or math... The new Apple competition comes from FeeLion enterprises: the Garfield Laptop.

Using the their novel tactile technologies, FeeLion has created the latest disruptive marketing scheme to reach a previously untapped market segment.. the touchy, feely, Luddites. This laptop is always warm but never hot. As far as performance is concerned, this sweetheart REALLY purrs.

The first model autoambulates to any standard outlet to recharge itself whenever needed. It rubs up against your leg to distract you while it debits your bank account. It is preloaded with the innovative "lasagna" suite of apps with many layers of cheesy middleware. It pretends to be indifferent to your inputs until you lose interest and look away. It replaces your roomba but there is that unfortunate hairball bug. There are rumors that in addition to viruses and worms a new form of malware called "the flea" can leap from Garfield to Garfield without physical connection. Now that the Garfield Laptop has clawed its way into an estimated 30% of Apple's market share there surely be lots of feral clones in every alleyway. There are already leaks that miniature versions from clonemakers will soon be saying Hello Kitty. Another problem for the marketing folks is that Garfield laptops are territorial with bizarre marking behaviors and that families trying to use more than one of them have found that it is as hard as herding cats.

We had eight cats at one time, three were ours & the rest were strays, but they let us stay in the house and feed them which was nice of them & the even let us pay to have them inoculated which cost a small fortune which was nice, about 4 week later five of them went away probably back to their own homes the ungrateful bastards.
