Yes,

SE that is an amazing bank building in Mauritius. I drove past on a visit there, but didn't have opportunity to get close

It looks like my garden waste box after some spontaneous combustion caused the plastic to soften and buckle.

I don't know where, but I searched "modern building appears to be peeling apart" and found that pic.
The english version said "The Crystal" but I don't know if that's the name or if that's what the photographer named it.
