They asked us to install a chandelier, they said there was a bit of a problem, so after they informed us of the whole problem, we squared things up and agreed to go ahead.

There's your problem you're using a metric measure when the plan is in Imperial scale.

That could be an Australian government building.

they didn’t install the chandelier in the Center of the room because there was a Possum sleeping up in the roof space and the minister for the environment objected in parliament to boost her media profile , spent $ 200,000 on consultants , gave $400,000 donation to her local feminists study group to compensate them for the trauma they suffered when they heard about the possum’s plight and that’s the end solution they ended up with.

30 minutes after the work is completed the Possum wanderes away and goes to sleep in a tree that would then be cut down after hours because it obstructed the harbour view from the same ministers $5 million home.
