Seasonal Group Participation

12/02/2016 10:08 AM

Inspired by "Twas the Night Before Christmas" by Clement Clarke Moore.

There is no way this could possibly match the literary genius of the cast iron bathtub thread but it is Friday and we are about to be overwhelmed by offers for health products and other spam postings. In the spirit of totally worthless spam postings I offer this:

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the shop ... (please add to this)

'Twas the night before Christmas and all through the shop

the CR4 readers suffered each drop.

The wrenches were hung by the toolbench with care

With hopes that the Snap-On guy soon would be there.

And tcmtech Climbed on his roof suited up in his PPE safety Gear

He then put out Safety signs for Santa so he won’t get Burned, like he did last year.

As Santa was launched from the burning stack, he hit the ground with a look that was SICK.

The workers milled 'round the pile of burned clothes chanting... Poke it with a STICK!

Next I went after them friggin reindeer! Guns ablazin too!

Down went Dasher and Dancer and Prancer. then my gun jammed,

AGHH! SOB! Not now you POS. This was the one friggin time of year when I really needed you.

So out came my trusty crossbow and hunting knife and a slashing away I went without a care in my life!

Down went Vixen and Comet too! I only wounded Donner and Blitzen but that's okay. The burnt and charred fat man was down and hell was being paid.

The ol man screamed out,"Oh God... Oh God why?" To which I replied,

'It's for every little kids presents you screwed up on you clueless old hack. I know you never read those lists front to back. Hell, From the crap I got from you, not even once and definitely not twice."'

'As a young boy I was good, honest and pure. But you still left me the cheapest of cheap crap every frigging year.'

'I was kind to everyone, animals too. So you gave me frigging raisins and socks that were the wrong size. What the hell was wrong with you? Did you have snow blindness in your eyes? '

'Andy, That one kid in my 2nd grade class? He tortured and killed 16 cats and burned down a house too so what did you give him that year? Lego Mindstorms. The $300 set, three times over at that too!'

(Cripes, it hard to make this look like I am trying rhyme.)

But off in the distance I surely did hear,

"TCM gets a chain gun and brand new TAC gear!"
