Get a group together and go visit and sing at your nearest retirement home. These folks deserve a lot of respect, and they are usually neglected by even thier own families.

Amen brother.

Good night all. It's 9:30 PM east coast time. I always read, mostly Sci - fi before I

call it a day.

I will continue as I do every day.

I ask during morning meditation/prayer "What may I do for the man who still suffers?" I will then seek a means to do what I may for those who do (suffer). I shall continue to seek out ways to demonstrate the Way through a course of actions which originate free from 'self' and and to benefit others so that those looking for answers in life might come to see that faith in a power greater than ones self is, in fact, a proven means by which one may obtain great reward and unimaginable satisfaction in life, free from the burdens of want and fear. A life where meaning is clear, hope is tangible and self but an opportunity to display courage; that all men can and do recover no matter the Hell or hate they have experienced or comitted.

Every day is a Holy day, these holidays included.

That is very profound CR3. Can I cut and keep this one to contemplate on ? I've seen some fine messages in my time but I like this. An excellent one my mother used to have hanging on the wall is beyond my recount, but I shall try and find it. Kipling's 'If' is often quoted, but my mothers (not her own words - a quote by somebody) was much better - something about wasted talent etc. Making the best of what is, despite what life can chuck at you. I'll try find it. Inspirational words can make a difference. Nice one. Knowing a few well chosen words when feeling like stuck in hell can inspire and drive people. Kudos !

I see that my parcels have yet to arrive, although 89 days have so far elapsed since Christmas 2007.

Perhaps there has been such a large number, a container ship (or two0 has had to be chartered to transport the loot.

Kind Regards....
