I have seen this two times on the Indonesian national TV news in the past month.
It was on again today since the UN Climate Change Conference is going on in Bali.
An Indonesian has developed a motorcycle that runs on a mixture of water and gasoline (petrol). I saw it running on the TV. The man said that the only drawback is that the fuel tank has to be special, since the water mixed into the fuel tends to rust ferrous tanks.
What is the mixture? Incredibly, it is 20% fuel and 80% water. He is on his third design iteration (prototype).
His name is V. J. Bosco, but I can't find any articles on the Internet about him, yet.
He is from North Sulawesi province. Very interesting.
